ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION:A "step-thru" version of the traditional Hybrid/Comfort bike, this lower top tube frame design is ideal for easier access and maneuverability while getting on and off of the bike or riding at slower speeds. Similarly ideal on paved surfaces, it offers the most budget friendly activity in Glenwood Springs and is still a good option if needing to add a bike trailer to accommodate an infant or toddler.

Prior to the growth and increased popularity of E-Bikes, the Hybrid/Comfort bike was the best way to explore the Glenwood Canyon Recreation / Bike Trail and the Rio Grande Bike Path.  Ideal on paved surfaces, it offers the most budget friendly activity in Glenwood Springs and is still the go-to option if needing to add a bike trailer to accomodate an infant or toddler.  Additionally, if you take pride in being a “traditional biker” or a “cyclist”, then this options in perfect for any scenic ride that awaits.

2 hour minimum on all rentals. Daily rate provides the best value. Rate is based on calendar day. All rentals rounded to the next full hour. Multi Day discounts available by calling Hanging Lake Adventure Co-op directly.
