ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION: Experience a true western adventure of a lifetime by horseback riding on a mountain trail with a trusted and knowledgable guide. At Avalanche Outfitters at Redstone Stables, all rides are private to your group and cater to all levels of ability. Or, if a trail ride isn't what you are looking for, then experience the beauty of the Maroon Bells Wilderness on an overnight pack trip by horseback. Available between July and August, these trips include horseback pack in/out, meals, fishing, and a camp provided.

With a perfect safety record that speaks for itself,  Glenwood Climbing Guides,  led by owner Mike Schneiter, have a deep understanding of the cliffs of Glenwood Canyon and the steep canyon walls of Rifle Mountain Park. With having established many of the popular climbs that these areas offer, Hanging Lake Adventure Co-op recommends letting these guides take the lead on a unforgettable climbing adventure.
